Driveway and Garden

One of our favourite projects over the years!  A transformation of the full exterior of this beautiful modernised property in Durham.

after
— The Brief

The client wanted to update the full exterior of their property. They wished to extend their driveway to create more parking and create a contemporary upmarket look with soft landscaping. To the rear of the property they wanted a fully landscaped garden with large entertaining area on different levels to include glass ballustrade.

— Our Solution

Various brochures and samples were provided and advice given to enable the customer to choose the best products suited to their style and budget. Discussion was held on products, lighting, ballustrade options, planting, creativity within the driveway and garden.

Designs were produced using CAD as well as using our water colour design package to provide a 3 dimensional view. Once the client was happy with the final design the build could go ahead and a project plan was put together.

— The Result

The Driveway was installed with creative circle and sweeping lines using Marshalls Drivesys Split Stone and Drivesett Argent blocks with Versuro Bullnose step and linear pathways.

The rear garden was created on two levels with the main patio area in Marshalls Symphony Porcelain and Versuro paving, Versuro polished walling, Trex composite deck and seamless glass ballustrade.

The photographs speak for themselves, the exterior of the property is transformed in keeping with their modernised property. The clients were extremely happy with the results. This Driveway won a ‘Highly Commended’ Best Driveway over 70sqm in the National Marshalls Awards 2017. The Garden and Driveway have also been featured in the Marshalls Brochure as well as National Magazine Publications.

All Seasons are a very professional installer who whilst not cheap are a perfect registered installer for Marshalls. Andrew (Owner) is hands on and is good at advising what will look good and what won’t, rather than just go with the flow. They turned up every day first thing, stayed all day and always tried to leave the site as tidy as they could.
